Use of this site
constitutes agreement with the following additional terms and
conditions. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have
the meanings given them in the Terms and Conditions.
International Finance Corporation ("IFC") does not administer the Site
and specifically does not make any warranties or representations as to
the accuracy or completeness of the site or any Materials. IFC
periodically adds, changes, improves, or updates the Materials on this
Site without notice. Under no circumstances shall IFC be liable for any
loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed
to resulted from use of the Site, including without limitation, any
fault, error, omission, interruption or delay with respect thereto. Use
of this Site is at User's sole risk. Under no circumstances, including,
but not limited to, negligence, shall IFC or its affiliates be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages,
even if IFC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User specifically acknowledges and agrees that IFC is not liable for
any conduct of any User.
As a condition of use of this Site,
User agrees to indemnify IFC and its affiliates from and against any
and all actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out User's use of this
Site, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if
true would constitute a breach by User of these Terms and Conditions. If
User is dissatisfied with any material on this Site or with any of
terms and conditions of use of this Site, User's sole and exclusive
remedy is to discontinue using this Site.

control of the World Bank Group and IFC is not responsible for the
contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. IFC
provides these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link

Applicable laws
These additional terms and
conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws
of the District of Columbia, United States of America. Any action to
enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal courts located in
Washington, D.C.
Nothing herein shall constitute and be
considered a limitation upon or a waiver of the privileges or immunities
of IFC, which are specifically reserved.
General
IFC reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to
amend, alter, limit or qualify these additional terms and conditions
without notice. IFC shall have no obligation to take the needs of any
user into consideration in connection therewith.
No waiver
by IFC of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set
forth in a writing signed by its duly authorized representative.
